1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppPriceAI ("Service"), operated by CoddyKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppPriceAI is a SaaS platform that helps mobile app developers optimize their in-app purchase and subscription pricing across global markets using Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) data and AI-powered recommendations. The Service integrates with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

3. Plans and Pricing

AppPriceAI offers the following plans:

Pro Plan ($9.90/month or $99.90/year): Allows management of up to 10 applications. Includes App Store Connect & Google Play sync, AI pricing suggestions, PPP-based auto pricing, 175+ countries support, and priority support.
Enterprise Plan (Custom Pricing): For teams and organizations with more than 10 applications. Includes unlimited apps, dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantee. Contact sales for pricing.

Users who register are placed on a trial period. After the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

4. App Limits

The Pro plan permits management of up to 10 applications (combined iOS and Android). If you need to manage more than 10 applications, you must upgrade to the Enterprise plan. Attempting to exceed the app limit without an Enterprise subscription may result in restricted access to certain features.

5. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Credential Security

When you provide App Store Connect or Google Play credentials, they are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely. We never share your credentials with third parties. You can delete your credentials at any time from your account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use the Service to violate Apple or Google's developer terms of service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CoddyKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CoddyKit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pricing recommendations will result in specific revenue outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoddyKit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. All subscription payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. For refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy — we offer a 14-day full refund on all initial subscription purchases.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
